Academic Calendar

Dates for 2008-09 are as follows:

Fall Semester:   August 18 to December 15, 2008
Spring Semester:  January 12 to May 9, 2009

The schedule for 2008-09 will be available at the AHA website early in 2009.

Accommodations

Students will live in independent housing arranged by the Aya Centre in East Legon. Students will most likely live in double occupancy rooms in a house with other program participants. Kitchen facilities are available for students to cook their own meals. Meals are not included in the program fee and are the responsibility of the student.

Insurance

All students on this program are enrolled in a mandatory health and accident insurance plan. Information regarding comprehensive insurance will be provided by AHA International.

UO Financial Aid

Although most forms of UO financial aid may be applied to program costs, students should be aware that they may need to supplement their standard financial aid package. All students using UO financial aid should download the attached instructions.
