Since graduating from UO, I took a position as an Assistante de Langue in St. Jean de Maurienne, France and spent eight months there attempting to teach English and bumming in the Alps. I have since returned to Fairbanks, Alaska, where I work as a paralegal and a server, while trying to decide where to go to grad school and for what.

The academic year following my graduation I participated in the English Teaching Assistantship in Nimes, France. Now that I have returned from an incredible year working in France I am actively seeking ways to return. Graduate work in English literature or travel journalism are studies that I wish to pursue in the near future, hopefully combining travel and/or further study abroad.

I have been working in a small village in Morocco as a health volunteer. I have eight more months of service here, then it's on to grad school or some other adventure.
