The Hanyang University exchange program provides two University of Oregon undergraduate or graduate students with an opportunity to study Korean and take courses in English in various academic disciplines. Students with sufficient language skills may also take a limited number of regular courses taught in Korean at Hanyang University (HYU). The HYU program will enable students interested in Korean studies (perhaps Asian Studies majors) the opportunity to take courses in Korea.

Highlights:

• Study in the dynamic city of Seoul during the summer, fall or spring semester, or academic year
• A great program for students interested in many aspects of international affairs (business, politics, development, diplomacy and more)
• This program boasts scholarships for student participants. HYU covers the dormitory costs for students studying during the fall or spring semesters or academic year. Additionally, students can apply for a $2,500 semester scholarship or $5,000 academic year scholarship.
