The summer program in Cambridge allows students a unique opportunity to study a variety of subjects, including history, literature, medieval studies, art history, science, and social science in an ideal setting: the University of Cambridge, England.  Students take courses offered by the University of Cambridge International Summer Schools and live in one of the Cambridge colleges.

Highlights:

  • Offering several different Summer Schools in a variety of disciplines, the Cambridge program makes it possible for students to build their own schedules of three- to six-week enrollments.
  • The Cambridge International Summer Schools draw students from all over the world, making for a culturally diverse student body.
  • Cambridge is a particularly ideal setting for students of medieval studies (including medieval literature, history, culture and society), as it boasts some of the most extensive collections of rare medieval books and artifacts in the world.
  • Settlement at Cambridge dates from the Roman era onward, and today the historic city is about an hour’s train travel from London.
  • With easy connections through London, and train service to the rest of Great Britain, Cambridge is located within easy traveling distance of Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and other destinations.
