The UEA program provides University of Oregon students an opportunity to enroll directly in courses taught at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. The program is ideal for students interested in intensive self-motivated study in many fields of the humanities, natural and social sciences.

Highlights:

  • The University of East Anglia is a relatively young, vibrant, cutting-edge research center.
  • The program boasts several year-long and semester scholarships, covering the full UEA tuition, for UO participants in many majors .
  • The UEA offers several interdisciplinary programs of interest to UO students, including: environmental sciences; film and television studies (critical study and production); and world art studies and museology (art history, archaeology, and cultural resource management) .
  • Set in the heart of East Anglia, Norwich offers an organic blend of ancient, medieval and modern layers of culture and human settlement .
  • Located about three hours from London, Norwich is near the North Sea shore, numerous Saxon and Viking sites, and many of the best-known settings of British literature .
