Academic Calendar

Dates for 2008-09 are as follows:

Fall:  September 8 to December 6, 2008
Spring:  January 20 to April 20, 2009
"Summer" add-on:  May 19 to June 13 2008 *

For updated program dates, visit the CIMBA website:   Paderno del Grappa Dates

* Students participating in the spring semester or for the full academic year have the option to add the CIMBA "summer" term,
which runs from mid-May to mid-June.

Accommodations

All participants will be assigned to either single or double rooms in student residence halls located on the Paderno campus.  Residence in the halls and the board plan are required of all participants and included in the program fee.   CIMBA assigns rooms; the UO has no role in determining who receives a single or double occupancy room.

The campus is shared with a private, Italian high school, but the high school students live in separate residence halls and follow their own class schedule.

Insurance

All students on this program are enrolled in a mandatory health and accident insurance plan. A complete description of the benefits and basic provisions of the insurance policy is included with pre-departure orientation materials.
