Study Abroad or International Internship Funding

Although it is true that studying or conducting research outside the U.S. can be (but not always!) more expensive than on-campus study, you can usually accommodate extra costs through careful planning and by taking advantage of scholarship and loan opportunities. Most students have found study abroad to be one of the best investments of their university careers. The following information is intended to help you locate sources of financial assistance. Please keep in mind that you should allow plenty of time to conduct your financial assistance search, sometimes as much as one year.

The materials listed below will be made available in accessible formats upon request by emailing uofunds@uoregon.edu or contacting 346-3207.

PLEASE NOTE: The information on this webpage was updated in March 2008. Deadlines, requirements and other specifics may have changed since that time.
