Overseas Study Programs Evaluation Form

For most, the overseas experience has a profound impact. We, at the Office of International Programs, encourage you to take a few minutes to reflect upon your experience and its meaning for you personally, academically and professionally. Your comments may aid you in bringing closure to your experience. They will also allow us to be informed about program aspects that need improvement and to better assist students who are considering studying abroad.

Please fill out the form as completely and as objectively as possible. This form will have no bearing on your academic record. Space has been left for comments, but feel free to use additional pages if needed.
Please complete this form even if you have evaluated the program using the host institution’s form(s).
Thank you for your assistance.
